Saturday, October 6th, Sister Janet and Sister Marilee drove with Dr. Ray Guarendi to Cleveland to tape segments for his program, Living Right With Dr. Ray which will air on EWTN during this coming season. Some of the Loreto family also came to be part of the audience: Miss Peg Ferguson, Mrs. Harry Wagner, Mrs. Jean Paar,Heidi and Patrick Nudo, Jane and Peter Burns and Sister Janet’s sister and brother-in-law, Ellen and Loel Stein.
The first segment they taped focused on the adjustment faced by an elderly person on entering a nursing home and the second looked at family adjustment.
The Sisters and friends enjoyed the behind the scenes experience of putting together a television show. The “crew” were most accommodating and put everyone at ease. The producer, Dick Russ, is a well known TV personality in his own right. Afterwards the crew were kind enough to have photos with the Sisters. We share them here.
